Spring into a new knit-along!
Let's spring into spring by knitting First Crocus together! This short-sleeve tee features beautiful lace detailing and a split hem for easy wear. We selected this piece because we love Elizabeth Smith's designs and the wide range of sizes included in the pattern. You can knit this warm-weather tee in a beautiful two-color combination or a solid all-over color.

First Crocus Yarn Suggestions
If you plan to knit the First Crocus with us, you will need about 1180 - 2660 yards of DK-weight yarn, depending on the size you choose to knit. The pattern calls for Manos del Uruguay Milo, but trust us, any of the below DK-weight yarns will look amazing as a First Crocus, too!
- Manos del Uruguay Milo - A rustic single-ply Merino wool and linen blend DK-weight yarn available in an array of wearable kettle-dyed tonal colorways.
- Juniper Moon Farm Zooey - A comfortable DK-weight cotton/linen blend with a thick-and-thin quality, available in beautiful tonal heather colorways.
- Berroco Remix Light - A DK-weight yarn that you will love wearing, made from a recycled blend of non-wool fibers that are machine washable.
- Universal Yarn Bamboo Pop - A machine-washable DK-weight yarn made from bamboo and cotton fibers. It is available in a rainbow of solid and variegated colors.
