Our visit to Denmark reminded us that Isager is so much more than yarn alone. It’s a philosophy of making. One rooted in intentional design, beautiful materials, and the idea that fabric can be built strand by strand — combining fibers, textures, and color.
A Weekend with Isager
In May, we had the opportunity to spend several beautiful days with Isager at the Tversted Skole in Denmark — an experience that’s difficult to fully capture because it was so special.
The school sits surrounded by nature near the coast, and for a few days, it became a gathering place for creativity, thoughtful design, incredible meals, and of course… yarn.
It reminded us that Isager is so much more than yarn alone. It’s a philosophy of making. One rooted in intentional design, beautiful materials, and the idea that fabric can be built strand by strand — combining fibers, textures, and color.
We came home incredibly inspired and are delighted to share that our Isager collection has grown to include: Silk Mohair, Tvinni, Mulberry Silk, Soft, Baby, Palet, and more!
Each base brings something unique to your knitting, and one of the things we love most about Isager is how beautifully the yarns work together. Holding strands together allows you to create a fabric that’s entirely your own—playing with texture, color, drape, and warmth to achieve exactly the feel you’re after.
