Part-Time Weekend Sales Associate (Posted 08/06/25)
We are seeking a part-time sales associate who encourages customers to create and work on fiber art projects. You should be friendly and eager to assist. We view our team as a vital connection to our customers, so we take your role very seriously.
To be considered for this job, you must:
- Greet and be aware of customers
- Be friendly and courteous to customers
- Be willing to advise customers on the best yarn and tools for their project.
- Be familiar with yarn weights
- Knit and read knitting patterns.
- Be familiar with crochet basics
- Take the initiative to help keep the store sparkling clean and fresh
- Take the initiative to help restock inventory and organize it.
- Work with Ravelry and other digital resources to enhance the customer experience.
- Be willing to work independently.
- Be willing to assist and work with other team members as needed
- Be comfortable learning to use our POS system and working the cash register
