Give Your Left Hand A Chance!

Continental Knitting is often called picking and is considered to be a more efficient way to knit. You will learn to keep the tension on your left hand and pick the yarn with the needle. It is great skill to know for stranded colorwork and may offer an ergonomic alternative for aching hands. Take advantage of this time to do nothing but focus on training your brain to learn these motor skills.
