Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs). We accept returns on items that are completely unused and in original packaging with the exception of needles and hooks, sale items, and copyrighted material. We suggest you return by insured mail for your protection. Credit will be issued based on the original payment method once we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS Priority and we offer FREE shipping on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (for Continental USA customers only). All orders under $75.00 ship at a flat rate of $7.25.

Prior to placing your international order online, please call us at 216-228-9276 or email us at email@example.com. We will discuss the shipping options available to you and create a custom PayPal invoice with adjusted shipping plus product costs.
For international orders placed directly through our online shopping cart, the shipping rate is calculated based on distance and package weight using USPS International Priority.
